BinderCo is the parent company and operating mark of 2787168 Alberta Ltd., an Alberta corporation. It is responsible for the legal end of Binder and for all Binder products.

BinderCo was founded in 2026. Its history runs deeper — rooted in the founder’s 2009 graduation from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law.
